Estee Rios, CICA, CIA, CFE, PMP, is an accomplished audit and controls professional with over fourteen years of experience performing and leading Federal financial statement audits, performance audits, and financial investigative work. She currently serves as a Senior Manager at Williams Adley, where she leads complex engagements conducted in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), supporting transparency, accountability, and effective stewardship of public funds.

Throughout her career, Estee has held roles at KPMG, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and now Williams Adley. This diverse experience across public accounting and federal environments has strengthened her expertise in financial statement audit execution, regulatory compliance, and financial investigative support, with a strong focus on evaluating and strengthening internal control frameworks. Estee is a strong advocate for the critical role internal controls play in ensuring reliable financial reporting, preventing fraud, safeguarding assets, and maintaining public trust in government institutions.

She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech and maintains the CIA, CFE, PMP, and CICA designations.
